    Human Resource Manager

    About the Role

    The Human Resource Manager plays a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the business objectives of the organization. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the HR unit, overseeing contracting, payroll, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Senior HR Manager acts as a key advisor to management on all human resources matters and ensures the HR function contributes to the overall success of the company.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Strategic HR Leadership

    •  ExecuteHR initiatives with the overall business strategy of expanding into new regions and markets
    • Execute HR strategies that support the organization's growth objectives across different markets.
    • Looking at external human capital partners that can add value to the business.

    Compliance and People Risk Management

    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and consistent workplace.
    • Custodian of all employment contracts and employee records for all F4E staff.
    • Oversee occupational health and safety across all F4E locations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
    • Tracking renewals to ensure that all F4E staff are contracted and documents filed.
    • Manage HR audits and mitigate risks related to employment practices.

    HR Operations

    • Overseeing all HR operations including disciplinary management for all F4E staff.
    • Ensure HR processes and procedures are documented and are efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practices.

    Payroll and Benefits

    • Lead in  payroll management, ensuring that it is done in an effective and timely manner, 
    • Lead in benefits administration.
    • Sourcing for third-party partners and maintaining the relationships effectively such as insurance companies.

    Team Management

    • Manage the  HR operations staff and ensure they are well-trained and equipped to handle compliance affairs.

    Global Mobility and Expansion

    • Collaboratively work with the Talent Acquisition team to create global mobility programs to facilitate employee relocation and expatriate assignments, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
    • Establish knowledge-sharing platforms to facilitate collaboration and knowledge exchange among employees in different geographical locations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management from a reputable university.
    • Over 10 years experience in HR with 7 in a management position.
    • IHRM practicing certificate is a must.
    • Experience managing a staff outsourcing company.
    • Five or More Years of Payroll Experience with at least one year of experience.
    • Familiarity working with an HRIS.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in local and some overseas countries.
    • Strong Communication Skills, adaptability, and logical thinking. Demonstrates a commitment to achieving goals (Proficiency in English as a working language)

    Finance Manager

    About the Role

    The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. This role involves ensuring that the company’s financial operations are efficient, compliant with regulations, and supportive of its strategic goals. The Finance Manager will provide financial insights to senior management, lead the finance team, and ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
    • Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Maintaining the reporting calendar, prepare and present financial report for various stakeholders, including variance analysis.
    • Maintain and update the multi-year financial model with current assumptions and actuals to support financial planning and decision making.

    Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
    • Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

    Financial Reporting:

    • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
    • Manage the consolidation of financial statements for the organization and its subsidiaries.

    Cash Flow Management:

    • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring that the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations.
    • Develop cash flow projections and work with treasury functions to optimize cash management.
    • Oversee the management of working capital, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory.

    People Management:

    • Align the efforts of the assigned team by translating the overall objectives and plans into actionable initiatives and effectively sensitizing the team on what needs to be done to ensure accountability and drive the execution of the financial plan.
    • Coaching and Developing members of the team.
    • Performance management for the team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance from a reputable university.
    • Over 10 years of experience in Finance with 5 in a management position.
    • Professional qualifications form either CPA-K or ACCA.
    • Conversant with ERP System {Sage}
    • Strong business acumen and analytics.
