    Technical Project Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leading all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and retrospective.
    • Break down app development projects into actionable tasks, assign them to team members, and track progress using Agile methodologies.
    • Managing Jira tickets and ensuring Jira boards are constantly updated.
    • Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments and meeting minutes.
    • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed of project progress, user feedback, and any changes.
    • Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep development on track.
    • Identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure the app development process progresses smoothly.
    • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project status and key metrics related to app development (e.g., bug count, feature completion).
    • Manage project budgets and track expenses related to development.
    • Liaise and work with company's leadership, staff, users and stakeholders to build out and organize company's technical backlog.
    • Collaborate with manager, product leads, developers, designers, and stakeholders to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for company's apps.
    • Be overall responsible for ensuring company's apps and platform are well maintained, fully functional and in a state of progressive development.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelors Degree, with PM certification in one or more methodologies (preferred).
    • Min. 3 - 5 years working experience as a Project Manager or similar role within a tech / software development environment.
    • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
    • Experienced in app development, software engineering, and remote sensing GIS.

    Biomedical Engineer

    Job Purpose:

    The biomedical engineer will support the technical implementation, maintenance and sales of medical simulation solutions for medical education. This role will require collaboration with clients and healthcare institutions to ensure effective use of simulation equipment, offering technical support and assisting the sales team with product knowledge.

    Principle Responsibilities/ Duties:

    The Biomedical Engineer will principally engage in the following tasks:

    • Product installation and maintenance. Install, configure and calibrate simulation manikins, simulators and software systems. Ensure proper functioning of all hardware and software components.
    • Technical support to clients, provide on-site and remote support in the operations, troubleshooting and maintenance of the simulators.
    • Provide technical expertise support to the sales and marketing team.
    • Ensure up to date Regulatory Compliance and Documentation.
    • Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance and service visits.
    • Support in market analysis and provide feedback on competitor activity and market trends within the region.
    • Provide feedback on product performance and client needs to improve product offerings.

    Desirable Skills and Qualities

    The successful candidate will have an engineering background, a keen eye for detail and a willingness to acquire new skills. Key skills and experience include:

    • Bachelors Degree or a diploma in Biomedical Engineering/ ICT.
    • Outstanding teamwork and communication capabilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
    • Have a hands-on mentality with a business acumen.
    • Proven work experience as a biomedical engineer in medical devices, healthcare simulation or a related field in healthcare facility.
    • Willingness to travel to client sites for installations, training and support as required.
