    Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist

    • On behalf of our client, a leading healthcare organization, we are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance patient care quality, safety, and operational efficiency across their healthcare network.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement quality improvement programs and initiatives
    • Analyze clinical outcomes data and identify areas for improvement
    • Facilitate root cause analysis for adverse events and near misses
    • Coordinate with medical staff to implement evidence-based practices
    • Prepare quality metrics reports for leadership and regulatory bodies

    Requirements:

    On behalf of our client, a leading healthcare organization, we are seeking a meticulous Clinical Data Coordinator to manage and oversee clinical trial data collection, validation, and reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance in their research initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement data collection protocols for clinical studies
    • Monitor data quality and perform regular database audits
    • Coordinate with clinical sites to ensure timely and accurate data submission
