Digital Banking Product Manager at Human Capital Outsourcing Limited

• On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution, we are looking for an innovative Digital Banking Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of their mobile and online banking platforms. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional digital experiences for their customers.

Responsibilities:

• Define product roadmap and strategy for digital banking solutions
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and market requirements
• Collaborate with IT, UX/UI, and marketing teams on product development
• Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch and optimization
• Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement analytics
• Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
• Lead user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• 4-6 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech
• Strong understanding of digital banking trends and technologies
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Knowledge of API integration and mobile app development
• MBA or relevant certifications preferred
