    Implementation Support Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the setup, configuration, and activation of tracking devices and related software.
    • Conduct client onboarding sessions and product demonstrations.
    • Train clients on how to use the tracking platform and related tools.
    • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful deployment of systems.
    • Test and verify functionality of systems before handover to clients.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of implementation processes and timelines.
    • Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in software/system implementation or IT support.
    • Excellent technical troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills.
    • Ability to interpret system logs and basic configuration settings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and track new tender opportunities in both public and private sectors.
    • Collect and review tender documents to ensure compliance with requirements.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF) and online tender platforms.

    Corporate Support Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
    • Act as a liaison between corporate customers and internal departments.
    • Ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
    • Prepare and present monthly performance reports for corporate accounts.

    Technical Support Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot vehicle tracking devices and related hardware.
    • Respond to client technical issues via phone, email, or on-site visits.
    • Conduct diagnostic tests and repairs for tracking devices.
    • Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers.
    • Document technical issues, repairs, and resolutions accurately.
    • Maintain inventory records of devices and tools used.
    • Provide maintenance support and periodic checks for existing installations.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Mechatronics, or related field.
    • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in vehicle tracking system installation or electronics maintenance.
    • Strong technical and analytical skills.
    • Knowledge of GPS/GSM technologies and tracking software is an added advantage.
    • Valid driving license preferred.
