    Head, Lifestyle & Digital Experience

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute the strategic vision for lifestyle and digital experiences, aligning with the overall business objectives of the Group.
    • Steward and focus the Lifestyle & Digital Experience (LDE) team on the key areas of personal & business financial management i.e. Gamification, Loyalty, and Merchant ecosystem builds for apps & web channels both for individuals and businesses and delivering parity for the bank to global best practice.
    • Lead the customer value management team in assuring seamless customer onboarding, lifestyle adoption, value addition, retention and lifecycle management using effective data analytics and CVM tools.
    • Lead mobile customer & online merchants’ acquisition and drive usage of digital products using online digital customer onboarding and lifecycle management tools 
    • Lead the CVM customer support team on churn management, Customer experience capacity building, new product testing, identification and resolution of customer pain points and act as the last line of customer support for digital products. 
    • Lead a multidisciplinary team of UI/UX designers, product managers, engineers, and digital marketers to conceptualize, develop, and launch innovative customer facing digital solutions /products and experiences.
    • Liaise with the market research team  to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape in the digital banking industry. 
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize UI/ UX features, and deliver solutions that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. 
    • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that all digital experiences are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with customer needs and preferences. 
    • Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in digital banking and fintech to inform product strategy and innovation roadmap. 
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital products and initiatives, and regularly report progress to senior leadership i.e. drive the growth of mobile customers, ARPU, MAU, GMV, TXs etc. whilst managing churn, APP downloads & messaging to optimize overall digital performance in line with business expectation.
    • Formulate UI/ UX strategies, frameworks, and tools and ensure compliance & execution in line with business growth needs and expectations.
    • Proactively push design thinking and work closely with partners, product and engineering teams, both internally and externally to build the best customer experience for KCB digital & partnership innovation products.
    • Coach, develop and manage the Lifestyle and Digital Experience team.

    The successful candidate should have the following:

    • A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Technology, Design or Business related field
    • A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
    • At least 8 years of relevant work experience including leading digital products and Platform management, business development, and managing teams. Work experience should also include the below:

    Enterprise Domain Architect - Integrations & Middleware

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain the integration strategy for the bank, aligning it with the overall enterprise architecture goals and business objectives. This includes defining standards, best practices, and guidelines for integrating systems, applications, and data across the organization.
    • Design end-to-end integration solutions and middleware architectures to support the bank's business processes and IT systems. This involves collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs & specifications.
    • Lead the integration efforts for new systems, applications, and services into the bank's Technology landscape. This includes defining integration patterns, protocols, and APIs, as well as defining data mapping, transformation, and routing mechanisms across the tech stack to facilitate seamless data exchange.
    • Ensure fit for purpose middleware solutions that meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, architects, and other stakeholders involved in integration projects. Foster collaboration and communication between cross-functional teams to drive alignment and consensus on integration solutions.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with integration projects, including security vulnerabilities, data privacy concerns, and regulatory compliance issues. Ensure that integration solutions adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal Bank policies.
    • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in integration practices, tools, and technologies. Address the accrued technical debt in the Integrations & Middleware space.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in integration and middleware architecture to enhance the bank's competitive advantage.
    • Contribute to the bank's digital transformation initiatives by architecting future ready integration solutions that enable the actualization of the Business strategy.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration and middleware architectures.\

    For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study. 
    • A Master’s Degree in Technology / Business will be an added Advantage.
    • Professional qualifications in AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect and Cloud Solutions Architect (AWS or Azure or GCPis desired.
    • 7 years In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, messaging protocols, and middleware technologies.

    Minimum of 5 years experience Required in:

    • Expertise in architecting solutions that span on-premises and cloud environments.
    • Excellent understanding of software delivery processes, and methodologies (i.e. waterfall, agile, hybrid) & DevOps
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to breakdown complex items to actionable elements
    • Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture
    • Familiarity with graphical modeling approaches, tools and model repositories
    • Ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications on individual components and projects
    • Ability to liaise with all levels of management and subject matter experts across the industry and within the organization to drive adoption of Enterprise Architecture

    Senior Manager - Enterprise Architecture

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create and sustain a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy aligned with the business objectives Bank. Ensure that technology decisions support long-term goals and growth, aligning the architecture strategy with the bank's business goals, objectives, and regulatory requirements.
    • Assess the bank's current technology capabilities, including infrastructure, platforms, tools and technology practices and define a technology capabilities roadmap and blueprint that aligns with the bank's long-term strategic goals and digital transformation agenda.
    • Oversee the design and implementation of complex technology solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with architectural standards.
    • In collaboration with cross-functional teams, develop strategies and roadmaps for systematically addressing technical debt, including legacy systems & outdated technologies, while  ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management priorities.
    • Evaluate existing applications and software platforms to identify opportunities for modernization, including migration to cloud-native architectures, adoption of microservices, and containerization.
