    Manager, Sustainability Programs & Subsidiary Liaison

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the implementation and scaling of the Group’s climate and green finance strategy by embedding climate-related considerations into business and credit processes across all subsidiaries.
    • Coordinate the identification, screening, classification, and validation of climate-aligned and green transactions to ensure alignment with the Group’s Green Framework and applicable taxonomies.
    • Serve as the central liaison between the Group Sustainability team and country subsidiaries, facilitating communication, alignment, and follow-up on sustainability initiatives.
    • Coordinate the implementation and consistent application of Group sustainability frameworks, including the Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS), Green Lending Framework, and climate risk guidelines across all subsidiaries.
    • Provide technical guidance to Relationship Managers, Credit, Risk, and Business teams across the Group on structuring climate finance transactions and applying green eligibility criteria.
    • Work closely with the Credit and Risk functions to integrate climate and environmental considerations into credit appraisal, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring processes within subsidiaries.
    • Design and deliver training and capacity-building initiatives to strengthen understanding of climate finance, green lending, and sustainability frameworks and initiatives across subsidiaries.
    • Coordinate the collection and consolidation of climate finance and other sustainability initiatives data from subsidiaries to support internal monitoring, management updates, and sustainability reporting.
    • Support engagement with regulators, development finance institutions, and industry bodies on matters related to climate finance and green lending, ensuring alignment with emerging regulatory and market expectations.
    • Monitor regional and global developments in climate finance, sustainable taxonomies, and regulatory requirements, providing recommendations to enhance the Group’s frameworks and practices.

    MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    The preferred candidate will meet the following minimum criteria:

    • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
    • Professional qualifications in either : Sustainable Finance, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Environmental & Social Risk Management (ESRM) or training in Green/Climate taxonomies.
      • At least three (3) years' relevant work experience in sustainability, including specific experience in the following:
      • climate finance, green lending, and green finance frameworks. 
      • Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS) and IFC Performance Standards.
      • Screening and classifying green or climate-aligned transactions using internal frameworks and applicable taxonomies.
      • Stakeholder management. (Engagement with regulators, industry bodies, or development partners on technical E&S or climate risk matters.)
      • Designing and delivering internal training or capacity-building on sustainability initiatives. 
      • Data analysis, reporting, preparing and delivering presentations
      • Experience in green financing and the application of Go-to Market (GTM) strategies will be an added advantage

    Sales Manager Mass and Middle core Retail, Card Issuing

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Grow Card sales through issuance of new credit cards, prepaid cards, and debit cards for new business to grow the portfolio. (Physical and Virtual) 
    • Drive card utilization to deliver value to the bank through card usage. 
    • Direct, coordinate and manage Card Sales activities for the card sales team. 
    • Enhance extension of appropriate credit limits to achieve a quality asset book and acceptable NPL. 
    • Identification of new Card business opportunities and maintaining the relationships through cross-selling of bank products to diversify the revenue base to maximize financial returns, 
    • Build and maintain customer relationships in order to achieve excellent customer service and Customer loyalty through the introduction of customer-friendly products and solutions 
    • Manage and develop the Sales Team to drive and achieve sales targets of 10 closed sales per month while growing the performance. 
    • Actively provide leadership during product campaigns, through presentations and sales promotions like the introduction of the new application forms. 
    • Analyze market intelligence received from the sales teams and generate recommendations for product development/modifications. 
    • Provide training and coaching to the Sales Team, branch staff and retain a high-performing sales team. 

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • Business Related Degree
    • 2 years of experience in Card Issuing
    • 3 years of experience in Sales
    • 1 year of experience in Relationship Management

    Head, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • To develop and lead the implementation of the FMCG Sector strategy in line with overall Corporate Banking Strategy
    • Deliver on Sector Annual Business Growth Targets: Revenue, Fees and Commissions, Profit Before Tax, Assets, Liabilities and Customer Numbers.
    • Oversee the execution of client deals in line with the developed strategic client plans.
    • Ensure strong cross-selling and development of ecosystem banking of existing and new products to existing and new clients.
    • Develop and align detailed client marketing plans and drive the client’s pricing and ROE (including relevant drivers e.g. risk grade, industry outlook). Ensure overall client profitability.
    • To conduct ongoing review of client base for potential high-risk clients.
    • Champion the delivery of consistent, seamless and trusted customer service to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
    • Personally maintain and deepen client relationships at the appropriate level and foster long-term client interest.
    • Spearhead the implementation of client strategic plans.
    • Ensure timely submission of quality credit proposals in conformity with the Credit Policy guidelines and requirements.
    • Maintain the quality of assigned portfolio within the stipulated Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Portfolio at Risk (PAR) parameters.
    • Lead, Develop and Direct the relationship management team to deliver the department’s financial and non-financial performance targets.
    • Responsible for the recruitment, development and retention of relevant skills and resources in order to meet the business needs.
    • Responsible for performance management of relationship management team – Monitor and Manage the performance and development of staff within relationship management team. This includes regular one-on-one feedback sessions, coaching, conducting mid-year and final performance appraisals, as well as moderation.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • University Degree from a recognized institution. 
    • Master’s degree in finance or Business-Related Field will be an added advantage
    • 8 years’ experience (in well-established organization) in Banking/Financial institutions with at least 6 years in senior management positions relevant to the FMCG sub-sectors in Corporate Banking.
    • Track record of attaining targets of business growth and profitability in the financial services and banking sector.
    • Have appreciation and operating knowledge of the banking industry, market, trends as well as challenges.
    • Demonstrable cross-cultural, people and relationship management skills, team motivation and leadership competence.
    • Sound understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements of corporate governance, business and banking operations.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
