    Program Assistant - Nairobi

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Upload, categorize, and update digital learning content as directed by Faculty members.
    • Create content that promotes health literacy and engages users in understanding public health issues.
    • Provide support for relevant databases.
    • Monitor LMS performance, uptime, and reliability, including backups and optimization checks.
    • Assist users, including Fellows, mentors, and administrators, with troubleshooting support.
    • Generate basic analytics reports such as enrollment, completion rates, and attendance.
    • Document information requests from users.
    • Create knowledge base articles and FAQs addressing common issues.
    • Conduct user training sessions and orientations.
    • Schedule and coordinate system maintenance windows.
    • Regularly back up content and configurations.
    • Develop and disseminate communications related to women's health topics, ensuring clarity and accessibility for diverse audiences.

    Vacancy Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information sciences, Knowledge Management, or a related field.    Mandatory
    • Knowledge in Learning Management System will be an added advantage    Added Advantage
    • Problem-solving and Good organizational skills.    Mandatory

    Research Intern

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Data entry into laboratory information management system
    • Sample reception and archiving
    • Recruitment and enrolment of study participants
    • Maintaining detailed documentation of study and laboratory activities
    • Generating reports and summaries
    • Laboratory testing for pathogen identification
    • Genome sequencing technologies
    • Basic data analysis
    • Administering informed consent, questionnaires and case report forms
    • Maintaining Quality Management Systems

    Vacancy Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Science in any Biomedical Sciences from a recognized Institution    Mandatory
    • Should possess excellent communication skills    Mandatory
    • Must be goal oriented, dynamic, passionate and a self-starter    Mandatory
