Drive implementation of quality assurance policies and audits.
Monitor teaching standards and student outcomes.
Analyze performance data and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with national education standards.
Coordinate staff training and support accreditation processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Masters degree in Education, Public Administration, Governance or related field. (PhD is an added advantage)
At least 10 years experience in quality assurance, educational governance, academic auditing or regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of Kenyan education regulations (MOE, KNEC, and KICD frameworks.)
Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and communication.
