• served in the grade of Finance Officer II or Accounts Assistant I or in a comparable and relevant position for a minimum period of three (3) years;
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting or Finance option), Business Administration (Accounting option)
• Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Part III or its equivalent from a recognized institution:
• been registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and Registration of Accountants Board (RAB);
• Demonstrated merit and shown ability as reflected in work performance and results
• Certificate in computer application

served in the grade of Office Administrative Assistant III for a minimum period of three (3) years; the following qualifications from the Kenya National Examination Council:- Typewriting II (30 w.p.m.) Computerized Document Processing 1:

• Business English I/ Communication I:
• Office Practice I;
• Commerce 1;

OR

• Diploma in Secretarial Studies from the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) or its equivalent from a recognized Institution;
• Certificate of Good Conduct from the Kenya Police Service,
• Certificate in computer applications; and
• Demonstrated merit and shown ability as reflected in work performance and results.
