Responsibilities.

• Acquire new sales for provision of security /guard services to customers within the assigned territory.
• Promote, sell and secure orders from new and existing customers through a relationship based approach.
• Conduct market research and provide timely feedback on competitive pricing on all potential customers on the pipeline for action by management
• Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new and existing markets.
• Managing individual client accounts.
• Sourcing for tenders and providing any relevant supporting information during bidding process.
• Meet sales targets and providing Daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales activities.
• Maintains regular customer contact and communication by utilizing daily planned call cycles and scheduling daily meetings with existing and potential clients.
• Participate in sales campaigns, sales drive activities.

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Degree in Sales & Marketing
• Higher diploma in other business related field will be advantageous
• Knowledge of the Kenyan market
• Proven track record in previous employment

Experience

• Minimum of two years in the Security Industry
• Experience in working in fast paced target driven environment
• Working in a similar Position will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our visa services to travel agents and corporate customers. You will guide clients through the visa application process, ensure compliance with Immigration requirements, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell visa processing services, ensuring excellent customer support.
• Provide accurate information on visa requirements, processing timelines, and document submission.
• Assist clients with visa applications, reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Stay updated on visa policies, embassy regulations, and travel advisories.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Tourism Management
• Experience in sales, travel, or visa processing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa requirements and travel documentation.
• Experience working with Travel Agents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
