Job Purpose Statement

The SAP Analyst (BASIS) –will install, configure, and maintain SAP programs. Work with business and SAP functional users to understand the data used to generate the businesses KPIs and metrics as well as the workflows used for their delivery. Continuously review the best technologies to deliver the solution and help drive adoption through system upgrade on SAP, technical implementations, communication and training to super users. Support technical implementation and upgrades on sap ecc6 , success factors and sap hana.

Ideal Person Specifications
Academic qualifications:

•  An undergraduate degree or its equivalent in a Technology related field i.e.
• Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software engineering, IT.
•  Working Knowledge of Windows or UNIX or Linux Operating systems.

Professional training:

•  Should have strong hands-on knowledge in SAP HANA technologies, SAP PI/PO , SAP ECC6
•  SAP Certification in BASIS and relevant Functional areas e.g. MM, FICO, HCM, TRAVEL,
•  Knowledge in SAP HANA and SAP Success factors is added advantage.
•  Knowledge of using Solution Manager for change management is an added advantage.
•  ITIL Intermediate and other relevant professional qualifications in ICT field would be an added advantage.

Desired work experience:

•  Three years’ experience in SAP Basis in medium to large organizations.
•  Working experience in a bank or other financial services organization will be an added advantage.
•  Experience in SAP NetWeaver or SAP PI/PO be an added advantage.

Job Purpose Statement

The Senior Manager, APP Development role is to plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations that facilitate the design, development, maintenance and management of the banks cross-platform customer service channels including Mobile App (Android/IOS). This includes managing a team in developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the platform and any other any integrations to third-party systems. The role delivers business strategy by providing reliable, user friendly and platform independent customer access point to bank services.

In collaboration with external vendors, system experts and information security experts the Senior Manager, APP Development will schedule and direct activities to implement business changes in the APPs and resolve service problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

The role requires prototyping skills, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to guide and lead an agile team, to manage competing priorities, design solutions as part of a larger roadmap and to be hands on in supporting implemented technologies as well as new technologies.

Ideal Job Specifications

•  University degree in computer science. Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
•  ITIL Intermediate and other relevant professional qualifications in ICT field.
•  Project Management Certification: PMI or Prince 2
•  Experience working with RDMS – Oracle, MySQL and Microsoft SQL
•  Six years’ experience in Mobile APP Design and Development in medium to large organizations using C# and Flutter.
•  Three years in a supervisory role.
•  Working experience in a bank or other financial services organization.
•  Experience in Management of Support Contracts, RFP’s and Third party support providers.
•  Experience working with T24 core banking system will be an added advantage

• The role creates strategies and policies to meet overall bussiness goals, oversees architecture implementation, and advises adjustments to top management.
• Enterprise Architecture provides and communicates recommended long-term technology roadmaps to guide investment decisions, maximize ROI, identify standard technologies, and appropriately map them to the Technology Reference Model.
• The role's focus is Business Solutions, Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Security Architecture.

Ideal Job Specifications
Academic:

•  Information technology / Computer Science-related undergraduate degree.
•  A Master's degree in Information Technology or an MBA will be an added advantage.

Professional:

•  Training and certification in IT Service Management e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO
•  IT Architecture Training and Certification e.g., TOGAF

Desired work experience:

Job Purpose Statement

The Sr. Cloud Engineer’s role is to design, evaluate, migrate, implement and support the High end and Mid- Range IT cloud hosted systems, system automation as well as the on premise infrastructure line with Bank’s Vision and provisioning Highly Available Server infrastructure for the Critical Server systems. Ensuring system availability in line with the bank’s SLAs.

Ideal Job Specifications
Academic:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Professional:

•  Professional qualifications in IT e.g. Azure, AWS, OCI Certification, RHCSA, VCP, ITIL, MCSE, A+, MCITP, MCP,Other relevant professional qualifications in IT field would be added advantage.
•  Project Management certification and experience is preferred e.g. PRINCE2, PMP

Desired work experience:

•  Cloud Infrastructure competencies i.e Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud etc.
•  Cloud Infrastructure architecture, design, configuration, deployment and maintenance i.e. Azure/AWS/OCI
•  Design, Setup and Implementation of both private and public Cloud infrastructure i.e. Kubernetes, Azure Arc, Open Computing & Open Shift.
•  Using Infrastructure as Code for infrastructure provisioning (e.g.: Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, ARM, etc.)
•  Drive automation on service provisioning in Installation of new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
•  Participate and assist the bank in setting the long-term direction, roadmaps, and standards for the cloud technical architecture.
•  Managing Cloud Vendors and driving new Cloud technologies
•  Simplify and drive Cloud adoption
•  Manage and assist ensure Cost optimization on cloud
•  Planning, installing, Troubleshooting and configuring large deployments of Windows Server, UNIX based systems and Hyper-V/VMware both on premise and cloud.
•  Good knowledge on systems backups, risk mitigation and business continuity
•  Technical skills to effectively perform or guide performance of systems design and operations activities/tasks in a manner that consistently produce high quality of service.
