Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to source and attract caregiver talent
• Conduct phone interviews and schedule appointments
• Assist in hiring process coordination
• Participate in job fairs and recruiting events
• Maintain accurate candidate records

What We’re Looking For:

• Telemarketing or recruiting experience (healthcare a plus!)
• Strong communication and inside sales skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
• Familiarity with medical terminology and caregiving roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Review documents and assign tax mailbox tasks
• Create and distribute cases via Pulse system
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations.
