    Sales Associate

    Role Description
    The Sales Associate role involves managing the customer journey of car buyers @ Peach cars while at the same time taking on the following:

    • Building and maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders to promote commercial growth (eg. customer acquisition, financing options, car supply),
    • Representing demand-side (buyer) perspectives in decision-making for potential, future car acquisition efforts
    • And, leading on the development of new business opportunities for Peach - both supply and demand side

    This role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers

    Roles and responsibilities

    Car Sales

    The Sales Associate will be negotiating and closing deals with clients while creating a customer journey that includes understanding their needs, educating them about our products and services, and sharing relevant information. It also includes generating leads through various channels and qualifying them. The individual is also responsible for collecting data and feeding it into the various trackers/ CRM and information banks provided by the Company. He/She will be required to collaborate not only with the Sales team to increase the sales and the growth of the Company, but also with other teams such as Finance, Care care, Product, Customer experience and Marketing.

    Buyer Representation

    The Sales Associate will play a key role in representing buyers and ensuring that their needs are well represented when Peach is sourcing for cars. What this means is that the individual needs to ensure that cars brought into Peach through supply efforts represent the best interest for our customers. They will also ensure that Peach has the right partners to support our customers (MFIs, Banks, Insurance…)

    Admin Associate

    Role Description

    Peach is at an inflection point of growth. We have been running operations on James Gichuru Road for a few years now, and are looking to expand to Kiambu road and are seeking a versatile administrative associate to assist with various tasks including managing correspondence, clerical work, organizing events, office management and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

    Duties and responsibilities include.

    •  Front office management; including managing customers and walk-ins
    •  Overseeing overall office hygiene, cleanliness, repairs and maintenance
    •  Taking stock of all company equipment and assets and ensuring that there’s accurate reporting on the condition of equipment.
    •  Updating of respective admin trackers
    •  Procuring of supplies and services as and when required
    •  Coordination of office meetings and events
    •  Liaising with vendors to ensure timely service delivery
    •  Creating and maintaining office filing systems
    •  Updating the employee as well as the Peach community (customers)boards
    •  Assisting in making mobile payments on admin related expenses
    •  Keeping contact with security firm and ensuring the guards are following Peach rules and raising any issues that might arise to management

    Requirements

    • Candidates should have at least two years of administrative experience . This individual should be able to wear multiple hats, organized and self-motivated. Preferred candidates are detail oriented, possess excellent interpersonal skills

    Sales Pre Qualification Associate

    Roles and Responsibilities

    •  Lead customer communications - You will lead the team in effectively communicating with customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, text messages to support the team’s efforts on lead qualification, cold calling, customer surveys and after sales- check ins.
    •  Collaborate with teams to ensure improved customer experience from lead generation to customer generation.
    •  Assist in customer retention efforts by constantly following up on customers who are within the Peach pipeline.
    •  Help analyze market and performance trends sharing with the relevant teams to capture our customer needs and wants and enhance our customer support.
    •  Assist to do customer surveys to past customers to help know how to improve support better.
    •  Assist with KPI metrics tracking to help make data driven decisions and mold our business as per our client needs

    Requirements

    •  At Least 4 years of experience as a customer experience/ support representative  Experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information
    •  Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels
    •  Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CX and CRM software
    •  Good interpersonal skills and a customer centered approach
    •  Great organizational and time management abilities
