    Chief of Staff

    Job Responsibilities

    • Strategic Advisory: Serving as a trusted counsel to the Managing Director, bridging executive vision with concrete, actionable strategies.
    • Project Execution: Leading end-to-end delivery of high-complexity initiatives spanning multiple business units across the institution.

    Chief Accountant / Finance Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Analysis

    • Revenue & Expense Tracking: Develop and maintain rigorous systems for tracking revenue and expenses against KPIs.
    • Budgetary Oversight: Lead the annual budgeting process and perform detailed monthly and quarterly variance analyses (Budget vs. Actual) to provide commentary on fluctuations and corrective actions.
    • Financial Statements: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
    • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow forecasting to ensure the business meets its operational obligations and investment goals.

    Operational Management & Procurement Oversight

    • Receivables Management: Take direct ownership of the credit function by conducting monthly and quarterly reviews of the aging report to minimize bad debt and optimize working capital.
    • Procurement Oversight: Provide strategic oversight for the procurement function to ensure cost-effectiveness, transparency, and alignment with production requirements.
    • Inventory & Payroll: Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, and the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.

    Control Environment, Risk & Compliance

    • Audit Management: Act as the primary liaison for the external auditor and coordinate with the outsourced internal auditor to ensure a robust and transparent control environment.
    • Internal Controls: Maintain, review, and continuously improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud or errors.
    • Tax Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with KRA requirements (VAT, WHAT, PAYE, and Corporate Tax).

    Strategy & Business Support

    • Strategic Planning: Assist the General Manager in long-term financial planning and capital expenditure (CAPEX) evaluations.
    • Efficiency Drives: Identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain and production processes.

    Other Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
    • Certification: Fully qualified CPA(K) or ACCA member in good standing.
    • Experience: 8 years in finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in a manufacturing would be an added advantage.
    • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems such as Sage.

    • Strategic Leadership – Serves as a trusted financial counsel to the CEO, translating business vision into actionable financial strategy across global FMCG markets.     Other Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field; CPA-K or ACCA certification required; an MBA is an added advantage
    • Experience – 12+ years in progressive finance roles, with minimum 5 years in senior leadership at a multinational,
    • Industry Knowledge – Solid FMCG background with understanding of supply chain finance, trade spend, and commercial dynamics

    Workshop Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Plan and oversee all fleet maintenance, scheduling preventive and corrective work across the heavy-duty truck fleet to maximise vehicle availability for long-haul corridor runs out of Mombasa
    • Lead and develop the mechanics team, supervising daily workshop operations, assigning tasks, enforcing quality standards, and coordinating manufacturer-specific training for Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, and Tata vehicles
    • Oversee fault diagnosis and quality control, validating that root causes are correctly identified using both hands-on assessment and computerised diagnostic tools before any repair work begins
    • Ensure roadworthiness and compliance, confirming every vehicle meets technical and cross-border regulatory requirements before departure on East and Central Africa corridor routes
    • Report on workshop performance and drive improvement, tracking fleet availability, downtime, maintenance costs, and team productivity, and using that data to continuously improve processes and reduce turnaround times

    Other Requirements

    • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is required; equivalent qualifications combined with relevant experience will be considered
    • Hands-on technical background in heavy trucks, with practical experience working on Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Tata, or equivalent large European commercial vehicles
    • Proven workshop leadership experience, with a prior role as Workshop Manager, Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, or Senior Heavy-Duty Mechanic in a supervisory capacity

    Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanic - 5 Posts

    Job Responsibilities

    • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Execute scheduled services (PPM) and major repairs on long-haul trucks, including engine overhauls, transmission services, and suspension checks
    • Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize OEM software (like XENTRY, Volvo PTT, Scania SDP3) and physical tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes) to troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, and emission systems (SCR/DPF)
