    Regional Parts Sales Representative

    PURPOSE

    • Responsible for driving regional parts sales growth by developing and managing customer relationships, expanding market coverage, improving customer retention, supporting demand planning, and promoting genuine parts usage while achieving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    Sales & Business Development

    • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve parts sales revenue and gross margin targets.
    • Grow market share by identifying new business opportunities, recruiting new Parts stockiest and expanding existing customer accounts.
    • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations and business reviews.
    • Reactivate dormant customers and develop strategies to increase purchase frequency.
    • Promote genuine parts through customer education and marketing initiatives.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the product portfolio.

    Dealer Network Development

    • Develop, support and continuously appraise the regional dealer network.
    • Monitor dealer and parts stockiest performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure dealer/Parts stockiest branding and visibility comply with company standards.
    • Coordinate regional Parts marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Provide product knowledge and sales support to dealer staff.

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, dealers, Parts stockiest and independent workshops.
    • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve complaints through root cause analysis.
    • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Gather customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
    • Maintain high customer retention through proactive engagement.

    Sales Planning & Market Intelligence

    • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly territory plans.
    • Conduct competitor analysis covering pricing, product availability, promotions and market trends.
    • Analyze customer purchasing patterns and identify growth opportunities.
    • Recommend pricing, promotional and product strategies.
    • Share market intelligence with management.

    Operational Excellence, Reporting & Compliance

    • Support demand forecasting, monitor lost sales and recommend inventory improvements.
    • Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, territory analyses, and market intelligence.
    • Monitor customer credit, support debt collection, and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
    • Continuous training and comply with company policies, SOPs, and ethical standards.

    Academic Qualifications

    • Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive Engineering or related discipline.

    Experience

    • Minimum five (5) years' experience in Automotive Parts Sales.
    • At least two (2) years in regional or field sales.

    Pre-delivery Inspection Assistant

    Job Purpose

    • The PDI Technician is responsible for conducting comprehensive, checklist-driven inspections on incoming new vehicle inventory. To ensure that vehicles are thoroughly inspected and if need be, diagnosed and repaired as per the set OEM standard and thereafter tested to ensure quality before release to customers.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support in performing structured visual and physical checks of the vehicle’s exterior, interior, underbody, and engine bay according to OEM requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Inspect vehicles for cosmetic defects such as scratches, dents, paint imperfections, and missing accessories.
    • Check the functionality of all electrical components, including infotainment systems, advanced driver assistance systems, horn and lighting.
    • Inspect and ensure quality compliance on vehicles from body builders.
    • Check vehicle fluids and ensure they are at the right levels.
    • Install accessories such as floor mats, number plates, mud flaps, and other dealer-fitted equipment.
    • Ensure batteries are charged and functioning properly.
    • Assist in solving new vehicle electrical issues at the workshop.
    • Accurately complete PDI sheets, note any transit damage or manufacturer defects, and coordinate with the escalate to the quality controller for appropriate corrective decisions.
    • Support vehicle fueling at the internal fueling stations.
    • Ensure vehicles are cleaned and detailed before delivery.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Any other as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

    Parts Sales Advisor

    PURPOSE:

    • Responsible for driving Parts sales through Retail and Workshop counters.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    Retail/Workshop counter Parts sales

    • Response to customer enquiries and quotations.

    Sales & Customer Acquisition

    • Develop and maintain a diversified customer base through retail counter interactions and other platforms (email, telephone, WhatsApp).
    • Drive parts sales to new and existing customers across all channels, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
    • Proactively reactivate inactive customers and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through cold calling, targeted outreach, and relationship-building.
    • Achieve sales targets

    Order Processing

    • Process parts sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely fulfillment.
    • Collaborate with the Parts Ordering Analyst to improve demand forecasting accuracy by analyzing sales trends and customer needs.
    • Perform substitution checks for unavailable parts and submit recommendations to Ordering Analyst
    • Manage parts returns in compliance with established SOPs, including documentation, restocking, or disposal.
    • Submit Vehicle Off Road (VOR) order parts lists to the Parts Ordering Analyst promptly to minimize downtime.
    • Record lost sales in the ERP system to identify stock gaps and reduce future stockouts.

    Customer Service & Relationship Management

    • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and follow through to sale completion.
    • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback.
    • Regularly review customer feedback to identify service gaps and implement improvements.
    • Manage pending back orders and provide timely updates to customers on the status of VORs and backorders.

    Quotation, Reporting & Administration

    • Generate accurate quotations, orders and picking lists using the ERP system.
    • Liaise with warehouse Assistant/s to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment and delivery.
    • Maintain organized filing of LPOs, invoices, and special-order receipts for easy retrieval and archiving.
    • Document and file all parts related transactions (invoices, LPOs, deposit receipts)

    Product Knowledge & Compliance

    • Participate in refresher training on EPCs & ERPs
    • Continuously update product knowledge through technical training sessions (for non-technical staff).
    • Actively engage in departmental and company programs, campaigns, meetings, and seminars.
    • Strictly adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and ethical standards.

    Quality Inspector

    THE ROLE

    • The quality inspector is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles meet the set quality standards before delivery to customers in terms of regulatory compliance, customer needs, expected safety standards and manufacturers specifications.

    Primary Responsibilities Shall Include:

    • To undertake Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process including quality inspection of all bodies, conversions, local components, and accessories for new vehicles.
    • Carry out Pre-delivery inspection for all vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
    • Inspect and check quality of all vehicles during and after fabrication in accordance with manufacturer, NTSA and KEBS guidelines
    • Supervise body building to ensure the shortest lead times are taken to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
    • Carry out a monthly evaluation and grading of existing body builders to keep them checked.
    • Develop weekly status reports for various units at body building to assist manage the delivery times as well as performance.
    • Resolve customer complaints on body-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Support manufacturing capability improvement at the body builders.
    • Inspect and check quality of local components and accessories.
    • Maintain database of quality performance of all body builders and local component suppliers.
    • Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or Head of Department.

    Person Specification and Qualifications

    • Degree or advanced Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
    • Relevant technical certification shall be an added advantage
    • Engineering design skills /aptitude
    • ICT skills.

    Technician - PDI

    Job Purpose

    • Carry out road test to confirm the expected vehicle functionality, conduct standardized test drives to check steering, braking, transmission shifts, and engine performance while monitoring for any abnormal noises or vibrations
    • Check vehicle fluids and ensure they are at the right levels.
    • Carry out accessory installations on new vehicles – Chevrons, sump guards, bedliners, registration plates etc.
    • Timely rescue operations for new vehicle breakdowns while in transit.
    • Resolve new vehicle electrical issues at the workshop.
    • Accurately complete PDI sheets, note any transit damage or manufacturer defects, and coordinate with the
    • Aftersales department to handle necessary warranty repairs

    JOB REQUIREMENT
    Academic Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or equivalent
    • Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Advanced Trade Test qualification.
    • Computer literate.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in the Automotive industry
    • Experience in vehicle diagnostics and electrical systems.
    • Experience in pre-delivery inspection most preferred
