    Civil Engineers (2 Positions)

    Key Requirements:

    • Support the project construction manager in the planning and accompaniment of the works
    • Assist in the preparation of the work plan
    • Prepare monthly reports of work
    • Design and improve road schemes
    • Maintain the road network
    • Plan and supervise projects
    • Review contract documents
    • Manage construction teams
    • Design and maintain structures
    • Experience in road structural drainage infrastructure
    • Supervise roadworks
    • Deal with stakeholders including clients, transport specialists and members of the public
    • Any additional duty that may deemed for the role

    Qualifications/Skills

    • Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering

    Open-Source Software Developer

    Key Requirements:

    • Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.

    Investment Officer

    Key Requirements:

    • Develop a strong pipeline of new quality investment opportunities in the region
    • Lead the investment due diligence process including but not limited to: engaging with theprospective clients, structuring and closing investments, building the financial models; andpreparing the legal agreements, investment memoranda, and other investment processdocuments
    • Lead and manage the relationships with existing clients, including but not limited to conductingsupervisory calls and meetings, collecting and analyzing financial, operational, and social metrics reports provided by clients, and following up to ensure client payments
    • Develop technical assistance (TA) programs for clients, monitoring their implementation, and evaluating results
    • Prepare client management documents for internal reviews
    • Manage relationships with regional and local partner organizations; contribute significantly to partnership building

    Qualifications

    • Related advanced degree (MBA and/or masters in related field preferred) and 5+ years of investment experience or related bachelor’s degree and 7 years of investment work experience
    • 3+ years of senior management experience in a small or medium enterprise in a developing country
    • Demonstrated ability of leading a significant portion of investment activities including (1) screening leads, conducting due diligence, structuring & closing deals; (2) drafting related memos, scorecards, financial models & legal documents; (3) assessing social impact; and (4) leading deal discussions in decision meetings; Additional experience of development and implementation of technical assistance projects strongly preferred
    • Relevant industry & emerging market knowledge/experience is a plus
    • Demonstrated ability of leading a significant portion of client supervision & technical assistance
    • Strong track record in successful client management, including interacting directly & independently with the senior management of potential clients and other stakeholders
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues from various cultural backgrounds
    • Ability to act independently and execute sound judgment
    • Strong financial, accounting, and excel skills, experience building financial models is a plus
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

    Head of Human Resources

    Key Requirements:

    • Coordinate with all Heads of Department in planning and forecasting for the workforce required involving skills, numbers, and positions in accordance with the business objectives.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection, induction, and orientation programs in accordance with the HR strategic plan.
    • Develop and coordinate processes that ensure effective implementation of the staff development programs in accordance with the HR strategic plan.

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology or Business Administration with specialization in human resource or a related field.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related.
    • Professional HR certification.
    • At least five years’ experience post qualification in a medium or large company in a human resource role, with at least two years in a managerial role.
    • Ability to multi-task and deal with diverse responsibilities.

    Centre of Excellence Team Leader

    Key Requirements: 

    • Provide vision, identify goals and clear goals of the Centre of Excellence as is needed to execute its mandate to promote Conservation Agriculture, encourage crop rotation and support farmers.
    • Set clear goals for the team and develop strategies, guide and support the team towards the realization of the goals.
    • Onboard, train, support and ensure the Field Officers are adequately prepared to execute their mandate to support farmers embrace Conservation Agriculture and grow canola

    • Prepare annual progress status reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.

    • Ensure appropriate structures and conditions are in place to enable regions to produce enough canola seed for processing at the two factories.
    • Develop and maintain a clear forecasted conduit for seed from the planning, contracting, growing, harvesting through to delivery to the Company’s factories.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
    • Excellent planning skills, and ability to work within set deadlines.
    • Direct experience working in an agricultural context is required,
    • Resource planning, assessment requirement and budgeting skills.
    • Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Good organizational and decision-making skills.
    • Able to work with people from different backgrounds and culture.
    • Self-driven and able to work under minimum supervision.
    • Can work under pressure to deliver results.
    • Highly technically proficient with equipment and IT. Able to identify, implement and maintain technical solutions.
