KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end procurement for IT equipment, software and services in line with companypolicies.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms to achieve value and cost savings without compromisingquality.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an approved supplier database.
• Work with technical teams to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of ITresources.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory procurement processes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, IT or a related field.
•  3–5 years’ experience in IT procurement or vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions and industry suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
•  Familiarity with ERP / procurement software such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
• CIPS certification or progress towards it is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain fiber services for new and existing clients
• Resolve assigned tickets within agreed timelines.
• Document safety incidents and participate in toolbox talks
• Perform site inspections and routine maintenance
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure proper network functioning

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in FTTH network / fiber rollout
• Skilled in fiber splicing and GPON equipment configuration
• Pole Climbimg Certificate (KPLC Class 14)
• Working at Height training
• Valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years driving experience)
• Valid Defensive Driving, 7. Police Clearance Certificate/ Good conduct
• Good communication and decision-making skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Raise customer invoices and post transactions accurately in QuickBooks.
• Maintain the customer purchase order tracker and monitor project bills and invoices.
• Support bank, supplier and customer statement reconciliations.
• Upload and monitor weekly project budgets, expenses and approved requests.
• Track project costs and expenditures against budgets and work plans.
• Monitor receivable income and support collections with project managers.
• Prepare timely financial reports, budgets and forecasts for project managers.
• Assist with monthly management reporting and audit preparation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• BSc or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA is an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in an accounting or Accounts Assistant role.
• Good knowledge of accounting regulations, procedures and general ledger functions.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
