Procurement Specialist – IT at Techminds Technologies Ltd

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end procurement for IT equipment, software and services in line with companypolicies.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms to achieve value and cost savings without compromisingquality.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an approved supplier database.
• Work with technical teams to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of ITresources.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory procurement processes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, IT or a related field.
•  3–5 years’ experience in IT procurement or vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions and industry suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
•  Familiarity with ERP / procurement software such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
• CIPS certification or progress towards it is an added advantage.
