For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:- a Higher Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Building & Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Land Surveying, Water Engineering, Architecture or equivalent and relevant qualifications from a recognized institution; and be registered by the Relevant Professional Body (where applicable)
