    General Manager

    Responsibilities for the General Manager Job

    • Coordinate, manage and monitor the running of all departments in the organization.
    • Ensure proper reports are given, plan for weekly departmental meetings and oversee general report review of the HODs monthly.
    • Ensure the running of the company vehicles and equipment are all up to date and being utilized for productivity, request for reports from the main supervisor for Fleet manager, HQ team, warehouse team and analyse the reports to advice on better utilization methods.
    • Review financial statements and data with the HOD to check the plan.
    • Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company.
    • Supervises the accounts team on the current work being done and controls the stock and inventory team by supervising and reviewing their reports and action plan given for the year.
    • Approve all internal and external communication before shared to the staff.
    • Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services and facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
    • Reviewing the company’s marketing strategy and creating a suitable budget plan..
    • Oversee the review of the company’s progress, achieved goals and liase with top management to assist in developing better strategic plans for operational activity.
    • Oversee the maximizing of the support services to improve the company’s productivity.
    • Review all contracts for the service providers, ensure that standard procedures are followed when third parties are hired to offer products or services to the
    • Review will be done in three months, any assistance required kindly don’t hesitate to ask.
    • Any other duties as instructed by management

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
    • 5 – 10 years senior-leadership experience supervising seasoned staff
    • Must have a good understanding of the footwear industry
    • Strong relationship builder and communicator
    • Analytical and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate to staff key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals.
    • Deep experience in program budgeting and fiscal management.
    • Proven track record of successful implementation of programs

    Corporate Sales Manager

    Corporate Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Lead the sales team and support colleagues to maximize on all sales opportunities, and to proactively create new markets and achieve the set sales targets and business KPIs.
    • Client Relations- Follow up on customer enquiries, requests or complaints and keep customers informed of progress.
    • Development and implementation of the clients business growth plan, developing, formulating and implementing key sales strategies and providing insight into key strategic thrusts that will ensure the business attains a competitive advantage in the market, and remains on track on its agenda for growth and performance.
    • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team
    • Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships.

    Warehouse Clerk

    Warehouse Clerk Jobs Responsibilities

    • Develop, Implement and enhance the warehouse structures and procedures in liaison with the Supply Chain Manager
    • Data entry of all stocks received either in the warehouse system or Microsoft excel
    • Manage the entire stocks at all times by having all records safely kept at the company’s warehouse and ensure placing of goods according to location criteria.
    • Record invoices of incoming goods and handle warehouse requisitions.
    • Preparation of manual receipts, issue Notes, goods in transit notes, receipt notes for suppliers, internal departments and outlets’ operators.
    • Improve flow of commodities from the warehouse to the outlets
    • Conduct daily temperature and humidity checks on goods on and continuously maintain environmental, health and safety and legal requirements in the warehouse.
    • Conduct inspections in the warehouse to check on breakages, leakages, expiry etc.
    • Physically separate non-conformity goods from the good stock, report and record any damages and discrepancies to the management accountant
    • Make sure to follow FIFO (First In First Out) principles in order to deliver according to the goods expiry dates.

    Qualifications for the Warehouse Clerk Jobs

    • Diploma in Store /Warehouse management or Procurement.
    • 3 years work experience in a similar position
    • Excellent analytical and IT skills
    • Planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Accuracy in conducting and preparation of weekly Stock taking, reports and reconciliation
    • Complaints handling skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion
    • Ability to do intense manual labour
    • A Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

    Sales Manager

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within the marketplace and conducting market research. In addition the incumbent will take lead in creating business for the company.

    Responsibilities for the Sales Manager Job

    • Overseeing the budgets and results for sales accounts including distribution, price, promotions and rebates
    • Collaborate on all programing and incentive goals with marketing and brand managers
    • Ensuring that sales team adheres to standardized order management and tracking processes
    • Defining and communicating target account analyses to ensure brands are performing at best-in-class levels for all accounts
    • Developing new business and resolving more critical problems affecting the sales program

    • Bachelor degree in any relevant field
    • At least 5-8 years’ experience in Sales
    • Preferably experience in the Alcoholic Beverage Industry, FMCG or related industry
    • Excellent team leadership skills, communication, organization and presentation skills
