    Supply Chain Manager ( Health Tech )

     

    Your responsibilities

    • Formulate the logistics policy, taking into account all the relevant factors for integrated management.

    • Define and manage the commercial integral logistics goods flow between Sales organizations, warehouses, and suppliers, with minimal costs and inventories while maintaining the agreed Customer Service Level.

    • Accountable for ordering materials and services and to specify the conditions for lowering costs, improving response time and shortening through times.

    • Initiate changes to logistics management concepts in accordance with the requirements of the markets leading to continuous improvements across the entire supply chain.

    • Accountable for the material flow to and from the warehouse ensuring all requirements are met and give advice to management in the event that priorities have to be set for product deliveries.

    • Organize the staff of the department to safeguard efficient and effective goods flow management including in the long term.

    • Defines and executes the (operational) logistics policy for the next year(s) of the PL.

    • Implements new logistics concepts in accordance with the requirements of the BU and adapts local logistics processes.

    • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.

    • Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

    • Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or solve technical problems.

    • Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements.

    • Probably has budget responsibilities.

    • This first-level management position is responsible for managing a part of a business process or function.

    We are looking

    • Tertiary qualification within Procurement or Supply Chain

    • CIPS qualification would be an advantage  

    • Minimum 5 years of related experience within Supply Chain handling the following:

      • Operational logistic processes.

      • Integrating logistics processes with industrial, marketing, development, or purchasing processes in the PL.

      • Aligning the logistics processes between the different groups in his department.
