    Senior Commercial Manager - Real Estate

     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Work along side the Country Head, to implement the sales targets for industrial sales and develop and implement sales strategies across the board
    • Recruit, manage, train and rigorously and continually improve the performance of the sales team
    • Manage external brokers
    • Manage the sale of development opportunities
    • Co-ordinate marketing team and ensure marketing is targeted to delivery and results
    • Ensure application and compliance with Group Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy
    • Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Quality standards

    Skills and experience:

    • Effective negotiating skills
    • Excellent reporting skills
    • Effective business writing skills
    • Deal structuring
    • Understanding how to close deals; must be a deal closer
    • Manage the process from Term Sheet negotiation through to signing of sales and purchase agreement.
    • Mature, pragmatic and flexible approach, strong commercial judgement.
    • Team player but comfortable working autonomously.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Rigorous and organised approach.
    • Hands-on, ready to roll up the sleeves.
    • Dedicated to the task
