    IT Support and Project Consultant

    The IT Support Consultant will be responsible for providing operational implementation, management and support for all services provided to clients, ensuring SLA’s are met and client satisfaction is guaranteed.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Providing consultancy and support for company’s products and solutions
    • Assisting in managing project and support teams
    • Establishing and maintaining good corporate relations through effective customer care and publicity of company products to achieve client satisfaction
    • Carrying out duties assigned and maintain progress reports on ongoing assignments or projects
    • Adding value to customers through the provision of solutions that can improve operations at their site
    • Communicating and assisting clients relating to operational problems and queries
    • Logging of incidents in an accurate and informative manner as and when they occur
    • Escalating and reporting of out of line situations to the relevant supervisor
    • Staying abreast of product development and industry advances
    • Ensuring that Company’s image is always reflected in a good light

    Qualifications, Experience and knowledge:

    • Degree in IT or related field from a recognized institution
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support with experience in a supervisory role
    • Successful candidate(s) will be required to travel and work at client sites within East and Central Africa.

    Store Keeper

    The Store Keeper will be responsible for administering the store operations, receiving, verifying and selling stock. The job holder will also provide information to customers, prepare purchase requisitions, maintain files and prepare reports.

    Principal Accountabilities

    • Oversees and administers the operations of the store. Receives, identifies and verifies stock. Provides information to and assists customers. 
    • Maintains inventory. Uses inventory management software and prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock. 
    • Maintains files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as invoices, order number, receiving date, shipping date, etc. Prepares reports. 
    • Communicates with others in the department in order to receive or transmit information. 
    • According to requirements and established procedures, arranges stock. In case of emergency or in order to replace outdated material, suggests substitutes available in the store. 
    • Oversees the delivery of stock following an established schedule and coordinates special deliveries by transmitting the necessary details to the persons concerned. 
    • Maintains equipment and ensures cleanliness of work areas

    Qualifications, Experience and knowledge:

    • Diploma in stores management
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Conversant with computer applications

    Associate Regional Director

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Master's or advanced degree in public health, health administration, health systems management, international development, sociology or related field.

    • Minimum of ten years’ experience in management of multi-country SRH programs in sub- Saharan Africa preferably with an international NGO, including experience in: program    planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation; developing and monitoring work plans and budgets; working with programs to identify and address training and technical    assistance needs, preferably with a focus on rightsbased sexual and reproductive health service delivery; and managing work with implementing partners.

    • Ability to: work independently and as a member of a team; conceptualize programs; analyze and synthesize information; verbally communicate clearly and persuasively in              English, including conducting presentations; facilitating workshops; anticipate, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner with a keen attention to detail and            follow-through; to independently or through consultation identify the root cause of a problem, determine a solution and systematically implement a solution.

    • Must have excellent English writing skills and proficiency in using computer software including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, statistical analysis software, and information          databases.

    • Must possess professional maturity and demonstrate good interpersonal, negotiation and decision-making skills, as well as cultural sensitivity.

    • Ability to travel nationally and internationally a minimum of 40% of time.

    • Fluency in oral and written French is desirable.
