    Auto Parts Sales & Marketing Executive Job Responsibilities

    • Manage customer leads
    • Respond to all inquiries in a quick & timely manner.
    • Answer customer questions on product inventory
    • Helping clients find the best spare parts explaining the benefits.
    • Making appointments for interested customers and continuously following up throughout the buying process.
    • Sets and meets sales targets, ensuring the company remains profitable
    • Have the ability to structure an entire sales deal under minimum supervision.
    • Maintain strong business relationships with clients.
    • Devising strategies to ensure repeat business and referrals from customers
    • Evaluating buying trends, market conditions and competitor activity.

    Auto Shop Manager

    Auto Shop Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Proper inventory of all the stock at hand
    • Daily reporting of inventory to management
    • Co-ordinate resources and ensure timely delivery of jobs.
    • Manage the staff doing inventory
    • Ensure proper display f goods at the shop
    • Assist in the procurement process for supplies required within the shop.
    • Generate progress reports on a regular basis for the directors.
    • Perform Strategic Planning and budgeting to maintain cost efficient practices and to insure cost effective operations.
    • Ensure that clients are communicated to and updated on order status at all times.
    • Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Able to work with the Directors to investigate customer complaints and concerns arising & suggesting appropriate solutions.

    Estate Maintenance & Service Officer

    Estate Maintenance & Service Officer Job Responsibilities

    • Keep a register of borehole water consumption
    • Ensure that borehole pumps and installations are functioning well.
    • Ensure water meters are serviced on time.
    • Ensure that planned routine maintenance is carried out and logged.
    • Respond effectively to any faults and breakdowns.
    • Log water pumped versus water recorded as consumed on a weekly basis.
    • Take action to investigate all system losses.
    • Manage Client accounts and attend to customer queries.
    • Monitor all costs including KPLC.
    • Inspect all water installations on a weekly basis.
    • Ensure that all water installations are operational and well presented.
    • Read all Client water metres each month and ensure proper billing.
    • Raise invoices for water used.
    • Ensure clients remit funds through M-Pesa or cheque payments
    • Maintain simple books of account
    • Cut off water from Clients that fail to pay invoices within 7 days of invoice
    • Ensure water analysis of borehole is taken quarterly and results pinned on the noticeboard.
    • Log and record all relevant information
    • You will be required to have a maintenance contract of the borehole pumps.
    • Produce periodic reports as required.

    Qualifications for the Estate Maintenance & Service Officer Job

    • Have an a basic accounting background
    • Good knowledge of Maths and English
    • Minimum 1-2 years’ supervisory experience in similar role or position, solid experience in customer relations
    • Practical knowledge, numeracy and administration.
    • Ability to communicate well, embrace teamwork, drive performance on Key Performance Indicators.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Preferred prior work experience in residential and commercial buildings
    • Observant and pays attention to detail
    • Ability to effectively communicate and deal with clients & team members
    • Recognizes and resolves problems quickly and efficiently

    Personal Driver

    Personal Driver Job Responsibilities

    • To drive the MD to/from office, appointments, meetings and etc.
    • To accompany the MD to events, and selected meetings
    • To operate assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner
    • To keeps the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside
    • To recognize vehicle maintenance needs
    • To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by management when required
    • Comply with the rules of the road such as traffic lights and so on.
    • Perform basic inspection of the vehicle before traveling and ensure that vehicles are in good condition and safe.
    • Routine errands during the day will be included

    Qualifications for the Personal Driver Job

    • A Diploma in any field
    • 3 – 4 years’ experience as personal or corporate driver is required
    • Must be very polished and street smart
    • Familiar with the routes in Nairobi including Kiambu Road
    • Mature, healthy with excellent eyesight and punctual with a good attendance record
    • Ability to multi task, willingness to learn and positive attitude
    • A valid driving license
    • Free of any criminal record
    • Males preferred
    • Flexibility in terms of working hours
    • Kiambu Residents encouraged to apply
