    Brand Manager

    Job Key Duties & Responsibilities

    1. Develop and execute marketing programs that increase brand identity and brand awareness
    2. Brand positioning in the market
    3. Translate brand strategies into brand plans and brand positioning
    4. Lead creative development and motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
    5. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
    6. Measure and report performance of brand in all marketing campaigns
    7. Coach the team and get the best from everyone
    8. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
    9. Identify opportunities and key brand issues
    10. Oversee brand marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
    11. Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
    12. Develop new and innovative growth strategies

     

    Qualifications & Skills for Brand Manager Job

    • University degree in Business or Marketing Management
    • At least 5 years proven work experience in Brand Management
    • Ability to withstand work pressure
    • Drive for results and strong leaderships skills
    • Excellent understanding of full marketing mix
    • Highly creative and innovative
    • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Events Marketing Manager

    The Event Manager is responsible for conceiving, planning and executing company events including coordinating creative development, promotions, presentations and execution of experiential programs. The event manager manages event staff as well as fellow team members to support the goals and objectives of the client.

     

    Job Description:

    Skills

    1. BA degree in related field
    2. Must possess strong management skills and ability to work on tight timelines

    4. Strong interpersonal & communication skills, works well with team members

     

    Responsibilities

    • Generate concepts delivering against program objectives with a differentiated approach
    • Lead presentation development of concepts, provide program creative direction for marketing projects as well as new business pitches
    • Plan, execute and coordinate logistics for events
    • Oversee development and execution of accepted concepts
    • Develop budget, ensure accounts receivables and payables are done on a timely basis
    • Communicate and partner with client lead to flawlessly execute client programs

    Project Manager

    Job Description

    • Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.
    • Championing the customer/client at all levels internally and training Supervisors to efficiently represent the customer.
    • Achieving high sales targets and goals while motivating account executives to do the same.
    • Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
    • Managing employer’s client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.
    • Giving feed back all suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff.
    • Ensuring they are aware of all competitive activities within accounts and preventing attrition.
