    Sales Manager

    Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

    • The Sales Strategic Plan: – To act as the driving force behind the development and implementation of the Sales Strategy, working with the team to deliver on the marketing and customer relationship objectives of the business.
    • Drive the Company Annual Turn-Over Target of Kshs. 2 Billion Per Annum
    • Overall management of all strategic and operational marketing and new business activities
    • Developing and implementing sales & marketing plans, customer campaign awareness and support business strategy, goals and objectives.
    • Sales targets, customer revenue, tracking sales results and profitability of all channels and customer retention.
    • Working closely with the Product Managers to ensure that the activities of the Sales teams are integrated with the individual sales team members including, but not limited to, opportunity development and campaign planning.
    • Working closely with the Product Managers to maximize cross selling opportunities at every customer touch point throughout the customer journey and to integrate new business sales and service process with CRM activity to optimize the customer experience and maximize return.
    • Plan and deliver revenue generating and profile raising events that support new sales and renewals.
    • Develop and manage the contact strategy to best develop leads from new and existing customers.
    • Work with the Chief Operations Officer to ensure that there is a defined process for the Sales teams to be well briefed on current projects or issues with customers.
    • To set and manage targets across all customer relationship activity.
    • To monitor and measure marketing activities to ensure return on investment.
    • To be responsible for the overall management, development and assessment of the entire Sales & Marketing and Product Management teams for the achievement of volume and profit objectives across the business in line with the agreed annual budgets for each division.
    • To work with the HR department to ensure that pay plans and objectives are set and performance appraisals are conducted for each member of the team, ensuring that all have the appropriate skill set to achieve their objectives and are competent in their roles.
    • To be responsible for assessing training needs and ensuring that the relevant level of training, development and coaching is available to all team members, that training needs are met, aiming to improve both individual and organizational effectiveness and that everyone is encouraged and supported in their professional development, giving employees the best opportunities to develop their abilities and careers within the group

    Qualifications for the Sales Manager Job

    • Degree level education in Business Management/ Sales and Marketing/ Information Technology and an equivalent of at least 6 years work experience in a similar position.
    • Relevant Technical certifications, CIM or equivalent qualification at an advanced level
    • Demonstrate extensive Sales and Business Development experience of a similar nature in a highly competitive environment.
    • Previous experience within the IT industry.
    • Well-developed understanding of marketing and sales strategy and implementation.
    • Proven experience of developing and managing extensive CRM programmes and data driven marketing
    • Proven strategic aptitude and ability.
    • Previous experience within a fast paced environment vital.
    • Experience of brand building and brand development
    • Demonstration of delivering ROI and strong leadership skills are a prerequisite.

    HR Strategy Officer

    Position Overview

    The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of HR strategy, policies and procedures in line with the Strategic Plan. It is a key role in managing change and ensuring the achievement of the company’s strategic goals through effective people management practices.

    HR Strategy officer works across Strategy Development and Implementation focusing on ICT industry trends and best practice to associate with the business. The role will lead team strategy events, work closely with key stakeholders to scope interventions to form the basis of the best strategy.

    HR Strategy Officer Job Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR Policies
    • Assess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with the senior management
    • Research best practice to enable best design of policies
    • Project manage the implementation and review of HR policies
    • Impact assess the equality and diversity impact of all HR policies
    • Provide strategic oversight and direction to Remuneration policy and practices
    • Provide direction on interpersonal relationships to foster effective working relationships and enable appropriate change

    • Undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as requested by the HR Manager.

    Qualifications for the HR Strategy Officer Job

    • Bachelor of commerce degree / Business Management degree with HR Option
    • Post graduate degree / Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
    • IHRM Membership a must.
    • Broad generalist HR experience or experience of business partnership
    • project management desired.

    ICT Technician

    ICT Technician Job Responsibilities

    Project Planning & Management

    • Project planning: develop specific timelines for projects to deliver an accurate budget.
    • Staff deployment: develop and maintain a technician scheduling platform.
    • Project management: set appropriate project milestones and maintain them through effective communication with Account Manager, Project Manager and Client.
    • Process management: develop and maintain effective analytics to measure profitability and efficiency.
    • Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the installation of information technology systems.
    • Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
    • Provide direction and clear installation standards for other technical staff.
    • Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and installation problems.

    Operational Management

    • Perform equipment installation on information technology equipments, software, hardware and networks in customer sites throughout Africa.
    • Receive and review work orders, identify any inaccuracies, omissions, or incompatibilities in equipment components.
    • Follow up with other staff to resolve problems.
    • Installation and connection of a wide variety of cable types (e.g. Twisted pair, fiber optics, co-ax, etc.), which carry data between various computer devices, including but not limited to local area network cabling, and antenna cabling.
    • Connect cabling and switches to information technology systems.
    • Install programmable and non-programmable transceivers, terminal servers, access points, and other electronic components.
    • Perform point-to-point and multi-drop information technology installations.
    • Test, calibrate and adjust components, where necessary to ensure effective and efficient transfer of data.
    • Complete work, update work orders insuring that all changes i.e. Additions/deletions are correctly documented and forward to project management for billing.
    • Organizational Alignment
    • Reports to the Customer Service Manager.
    • Dealing with Internal and External customers to improve business profitability.
    • This position may be assigned to support a Client account relations role.

    Qualifications for the ICT Technician Job

    • Bachelors Degree in Business Information Technology / Telecommunication and Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Computer science or a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology or a
    • Minimum 2 years’ Information technology industry experience.
    • Extensive certification in Professional Information Technology courses.

    • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate power tools, and other computer components.
    • Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
