    Service Desk Analyst

    Objective

    To serve as Help Desk Assistant in the Services Department by providing administrative support by handling customer requirements and concerns appropriately and professionally.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Customer satisfaction within the Service Desk Function.
    • Compliance with processes and procedures associated with incident management.
    • Fast call resolution percentage as part of overall number of incidents coming from users and the total number of calls closed.

    Service Desk Analyst Job Responsibilities

    • Receive incidents and service requests through phone, email or any other medium and log them as tickets in the Incident Management System (Lan Support).
    • To assign the priority to the tickets based on Urgency and Impact of the issue
    • Communicate with clients and follow-up on all open and pending tickets. Log issues and escalate tickets to various technical personnel.
    • Maintain a very high level of Lan Support Accuracy in terms of call creation and closure.
    • Understand the Service level Agreement and execute accordingly in order to Meet or exceed the set Service Level Agreement (SLA) KPIs of Contract Clients
    • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
    • Transfer (route) incidents to relevant 2nd level of support in order to ensure consistent and timely resolution.
    • Provide  technical communication to users about quick fixes and products
    • Close incidents once resolved in agreement with applicable procedures and validation with end users.
    • Ensure that the Users agree with the resolution provided addresses their needs prior to incident closure and that the terms and conditions are agreed upon
    • Ensure Service Desk maintains a high standard of customer service
    • Ensure daily and weekly reports are forwarded to the Service Analyst.
    • Perform any other duty as assigned by the management.

    Qualifications for the Service Desk Analyst Job

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Diploma an added advantage.
    • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity in the IT industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand and explain many different technologies and to communicate technical concepts in non-technical terms.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Strong experience with PC based communications and analysis including Internet, E-mail, MS Office
    • Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism
    • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
    • Genuine interest in technology and software and a desire to continue to learn.
    • Ability to prioritize and work independently.
    • Ability to multitask

    Finance Manager

    Finance Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Manage all day to day accounting operations of the business ensuring that correct transactions are posted in the system in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Ensure that the company financial and accounting policies are implemented correctly.
    • Provide feedback to the MD on company policies and procedures, and constantly look out for potential changes which could improve operational efficiency, reduce costs or improve cash flow management.
    • Ensure the integrity of the financial data in the accounting software.
    • Be an integral part of the monthly financial stock takes and investigate all variances which arise and explain these to management.
    • Support negotiations with suppliers in an effort to grow the company’s gross margin.
    • Analyze transaction data and make recommendations on general business optimization.
    • Ensure that the company is fully compliant with all tax and financial obligations as per the legislation and regulations of Kenya. Engage third parties to provide assistance as and when necessary.
    • Develop, in conjunction with the senior management team and the credit manager, a robust process for credit management and be responsible for its implementation.
    • Be responsible for levels of Accounts Receivable and ensure that targets are hit, with any variances being explained to senior management.
    • Motivate and lead finance and credit team members by providing training, guidance, and direction to ensure work is performed in an efficient, timely, and knowledgeable manner.
    • Develop and track department key performance indicators and provide regular feedback to the team on these and any areas in need of improvement.
    • Ensure all documents are filed in an organized manner and easy to retrieve.
    • Manage the annual external audit and present the draft audited accounts to the MD for review and sign off.
    • Escalate any issues or worries to the MD and/or the rest of the senior management team.
    • Additional controller duties as necessary
    • Budgeting & Reporting
    • Lead the annual budget setting process with all departments ensuring they have sufficient training in how to complete templates, and then collate all the information into one company-wide budget for presentation to management.
    • Provide weekly short term cash flow forecasts for MD to review and sign off on.
    • Prepare monthly financial reports on company performance, and ensure any issues are investigated and explained.
    • Prepare weekly lists of payment runs for approval by MD.

    Qualifications for the Finance Manager Job

    • Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting plus full professional Accountancy.
    • At least 10 years overall experience in the field.
    • 3+ years’ proven working experience as a Financial Controller or high level Finance Manager in a Manufacturing Company.
    • Qualifications (fully qualified and member of CPAK)
    • Must possess excellent communication skills
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Strong Analytical skills
    • Team player
    • Must be 35 years and above.
    • Salary from  120,000 – 150,000 Gross depending on experience / capability to deliver results.

    Front Office Receptionist

    She will be responsible for delivering friendly, efficient customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.

    To effectively supervise front desk operations, ensuring adequate cover and consistent and efficient customer service is provided.

    Indicators of Good Performance

    • To ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times.

    Duties for the Front Office Receptionist Job

    • To be fully conversant with special promotions offered by the hotel and to pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises.
    • To promote the other departments within the hotel at every given opportunity in order to maximize hotel sales.
    • To make sure that all reservations have the correct deposit taken.
    • To ensure that all confirmations are sent out by the end of the shift.
    • To be aware of the hotel availability and that every opportunity to maximise room sales is taken.
    • Provide a hospitable service to the standards laid down by the hotel.
    • Whenever possible to anticipate guests’ needs, to be aware of all written and spoken requests, to carry out these requests in a courteous and helpful manner.
    • To be fully conversant and able to operate the hotel’s front office systems.
    • To ensure that all charges are correctly posted to the guests bills following the standard procedures.

    • To ensure the correct levels of stationery are maintained at the reception.
    • To arrive for work at the correct time and to ensure your appearance follows the hotels set standards.
    • And any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
