    Trade Marketing Manager

     

    Job Description

    We are currently recruiting in Kenya for our client a FMCG company in   Nairobi;

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute Activation Plan for Modern Trade, Superettes and General Trade in line with overall strategy through Road shows and market storm activities, sampling plan in school / offices, joint bundling plan with other companies etc.
    • Develop along with the marketing team, effective communication material for Below The Line and Above The Line communication.
    • Execute the promotions and merchandising material effectively in the outlets
    • Develop effective Route to Market Plan for driving numeric growth by Engaging agency / market storm.
    • Develop Merchandising standards, scorecards, planogram and KPIs in line with MT / GT Heads
    • Track, monitor, control and share monthly budget spends. vs. planned
    • Develop and execute training tools for merchandisers, promoters, internal team
    • Coordinate, manage and review of third party agency
    • Conduct market intelligence and capture key competitive initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing
    • 5  years Trade marketing experience preferable in an FMCG

    Brand Manager

     

    We are currently recruiting in Kenya for our client a FMCG company in   Nairobi;

    Job Responsibilities

    • Translate brand strategies into brand plans and brand positioning
    • Execute marketing plans and other projects by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet the departmental and business objectives.
    • Oversee brand marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategies including management of third party marketing agencies
    • Manage budgets and financials related to brand marketing campaigns to ensure spend in line with strategic direction to aide brand growth.
    • Manage day-to-day activities associated to all brand marketing activities, including, project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary.
    • Monitor brand health metrics and analyse the data to take corrective brand action.
    • Assist in new product development process.
    • Monitor, evaluate and recommend brand packaging improvements and range extensions.
    • Conduct market intelligence data through regular trade visits and using the insights to inform brand plans.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Marketing/PR/Communications
    • 5  years marketing experience preferable in an FMCG

    Our client a leading Plastic company; is looking for qualified and talented professional to fill the following the position.

    Reports to: Factory Manager

    Job Summary:

    The role is vital to the company as it ensures that the production processes results in high quality products that contribute to maximum profits.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
    • Maintains quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    • Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
    • Work to continuously improve in all areas.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, industrial technology/Manufacturing Technology or a comparable discipline
    • Masters Degree in any of the provided fields is an added advantage
    • Solid computer skills
    • Proven 4+ years’ experience as a production supervisor/Shift Supervisor or similar role in plastics manufacturing industry with knowledge in manufacturing processes techniques.
    • Knowledge of ISO Systems, Kaizen, quality systems and standards and health and safety
