Reports to: Technical Services Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for water quality of the Company
- Oversee operations at the source works.
- Oversee sanitation services of the Company
- Carry out promotional activities to market water quality and pollution services
- Coordinate stakeholder participation in water quality and pollution services.
- Report monthly on initiatives and progress made on water quality and pollution service programs.
- In-charge of facility at source works.
- Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in water quality and pollution OR Diploma In water and waste water laboratory technology from a recognized institution.
- At least five years’ experience in waste water and sanitation management.
- Computer Literacy.
- Experience in social marketing is a definite advantage
- Ability to engage stakeholders with varied Interests

Job Description
Report to: Technical Service manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operations and maintenance of main water pipeline within assigned area
- Patrol main water pipeline to ensure timely and efficient repair of leakages or breakdowns as well as prevent or deal with illegal connections
- Ensure bulk water meters are serviced and in good working condition
- Ensuring optimal rationing and delivery of quality services to the customers
- Coordinate and ensure complete and accurate bulk meter reading and timely dispatch of bills and collection of revenue from customers
- Monitoring revenue collection and ensuring achievement of agreed targets
- Coordinating resolution of customer complaints
- Prepare area work plan, daily targets, as well as schedule of meter reading, disconnection and re-connection cycle
- Supervise, motivate, recommend discipline, orient new trainees, train and appraise technical and commercial staff assigned to the area
- Coordinate and authorize transport and ensuring safety and maintenance of vehicles/motor cycles

- Prepare and submit operations report monthly and as required

- Diploma In water engineering and at least 3 years' experience in water operations or equivalent from a recognized institution with five years' experience in water operations and maintenance

- Repair leaks and bursts as well as unblock pipes
- Installation of new water connections
- Inspect new water connections
- Service consumers and master meters
- Service faulty meters and ensure they are reinstalled
- Detect and report faulty meters, by-passes, illegal connections, leaks and bursts
- Connection, disconnection, and reconnection of meters
- Survey and patrol water pipeline and meter monitoring
- Water rationing
- Carry out timely meter testing and report the findings to the Area Coordinator
Job Requirements:
- Certificate in water engineering or artisan or plumber with Government Trade test III or equivalent with at least 2 years' experience in water operations and maintenance
- Driving Licence
- Familiarity with customer service, billing, and revenue collection

- Daily chemical mixing and water treatment per standards established

Reporting to: Technical Service Manager
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Install and repair electrical Installations and plant
- Service and maintain of pumps and machinery of the Company
- Interpret drawings and diagrams to ensure correct fitting of electrical components
- Supervise work performance of field staff
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components to locate cause of breakdowns and correct problem as appropriate
- Maintain electrical equipment -generators, water pumps, and general company lighting and cabling
- Develop and Implement routine maintenance schedule
- Undertake weekly electrical audits and Inspections of all pumping stations and other company property and report to Technical Service Manager
- Carry out repairs to ensure electrical systems meet operational standard specifications
- Advise management on electrical maintenance and repairs required to be done to ensure smooth operations Inspect electrical equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and need for adjustments and repairs
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
