    Attain Enterprises Solutions Ltd. is a medium sized software development company seeking to recruit Account Manager.

    Microsoft Dynamics Navision developers

     

    Job Purpose

    As a Microsoft Navision Developer, you will be the technical expert to the project Management team and develop technical specifications for implementation, configuration, customizations, and enhancements of Dynamics Navision. Additionally, you will have technical oversight for development and delivery of large-scale project deliverables.

    You will be a valued member of the team using a defined project methodology to develop various modules of Dynamics Navision. Your deep development and technical skills in Dynamics Navision will allow you to work in confidence and ensure success of your projects.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Design and Development in Microsoft Dynamics Navision, including aspects of the core, advanced solutions and industry specific solutions
    • Installation, upgrade, support, and documentation of Dynamics Navision
    • Ability to work closely with functional consultants to translate user requirements into functional specifications then into technical development
    • Providing onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics Navision clients
    • Mentor and develop junior developers and coordinate with off shore teams

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics Navision Development experience with ability to follow development best practices
    • Hands-on experience in one or more of the programming languages AX/ C/ C++/ C#
    • SQL and database modelling skills
    • Deep knowledge of both the functional and technical sides of Microsoft Dynamics Navision
    • Ability to understand the functional and technical differences between different versions of Microsoft Dynamics Navision to perform upgrade assessments
    • Experience installing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics Navision
    • Ability to interface with clients both in person and remotely
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Proficient English language skills
    • Experience delivering high quality, error free software
    • Strong organization and communication skills
    • Knowledge of accounting will be an added advantage
    • A meticulous and logical mind
    • Ability to learn new business processes or applications very quickly
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
    • Ability to understand clients' needs

    Preferred Educational Background:

    • Holder of a computer science degree or related
    • Microsoft Dynamics Navision Development Certification(s)
    • CPA Parts I and II Preferred

    Systems Engineer

     

    Job Description

    This position will be responsible for;
    • Installation and configuration of software and hardware
    • Managing network servers and technology tools
    • Set up of accounts and workstations
    • Monitoring performance and maintaining systems according to requirements
    • Troubleshoot issues and outages
    • Ensuring security through access controls, backups and firewalls
    • Upgrade to systems with new releases and models
    • Developing expertise to train staff on new technologies
    • Developing and maintaining installation and configuration procedures.
    • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
    • Providing technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
    • Managing the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
    • Monitoring the system daily and responding immediately to security or usability concerns
    • Creating and verifying backups of data
    • Responding to and resolving help desk requests
    • Upgrading systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
    • Administrating infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
    • Reviewing application logs
    Qualifications and Experience
    • At least 2-3 years hands on experience on the below;
    • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics
    • Knowledge of Microsoft .NET technology, Microsoft Visual Studio development system, and Microsoft Dynamics specific development environments
    • Integration of Microsoft Dynamics to other applications
    • Microsoft Dynamics hardware sizing and architecture
    • Network and operating systems (Unix and windows Server)
    • Server technologies: Microsoft SQL Server database, Reporting Services and Analysis Services, 3-tier architecture, Web servers, etc.
    • Internet technologies: Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS).
    • Understanding of disaster recovery, high availability and failover technologies.

    Account Manager

     

    Job Description

    Summary of the Position
     
    You will proactively contact clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities. You will be required to liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationship with clients.
     
    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
    • Prepare proposals and quotations for clients
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
    • Monitoring the Business Ready Enhancement Plan.
    • Identifying new solutions to offer clients to extend our existing services.
    • Ensuring all clients understand the services on offer from Attain.
    • Resolve all escalated disputes and ensure client satisfaction from the same.
    • Upkeep of client records.
    • Carry out analysis and produce reports weekly and as and when required basis.
    • Generate revenue from existing clients through repeat business
    • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Forecast and track key account metrics
    • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
    • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
    • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
    • Liaising with finance team to assist in collecting revenue
