Job Details

• Troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair solar PV refrigeration systems and associated appliances
• Performs other technical and administrative duties associated with operating and maintenance of Electrical appliances
• Ensures accurate documentation of model and serial numbers
• Maintain a safe clean work environment/Ensures work is performed in accordance with Environmental and Safety requirements.
• Ability to determine warranty vs non-warranty repairs
• Performs repairs in accordance with our specs and in a timely efficient manner
• Perform in required training, including TOT- Trainers of Trainers and Users
• Performs other duties as assigned.

About you:

• Possess above-average demonstrable experience in Installing systems, servicing and repairing of refrigeration systems
• Possess demonstrable mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge.
• Advanced diagnostic and repair skills for mechanical, electrical, controls, refrigeration,
• Understanding of general workplace safety and the ability to follow safety standards, as well as help the company improve upon the standards in place.
• Ability to work overtime and non-standard working hours (nights, holidays, weekends), when needed.
• Professionalism and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computer with the technical proficiency of standard business software.
• Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Will drive company vehicle; must have a valid Kenyan driver’s license and good driving record
• Able to work both independently and as part of a multi-tasking team.
