Description of Role : Ilara Health is seeking to recruit Data Collection Interns to support the growth of our business and drive our outreach to clinics in and around Nairobi. Ilara Health distributes new, high quality diagnostic devices to underserved primary health clinics that struggle to afford even basic equipment.

The successful candidate/s will be responsible for coordinating, conducting and collecting data from field activities

• Participate in data collection activities or transfer from medical facilities.
• Identify and approach quality facilities and set up meetings to support in the growth of the business
• Assist in conducting product demos to enhance product knowledge of the customer
• Assist in coordinating facility Medical camps
• Maintain confidentiality and quality in all aspects of the work in accordance with our data protection policy and data quality control protocol.
• Provide after sales services by solving product mis-harps if need be
• Logical reasoning when approaching and solving problems.
• Ability to serve people by coming up with ways on how to help people more efficiently.

Skills and qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (preferred)
• Experience in collecting quantitative or qualitative data will be an added advantage
• Advanced computer literacy
• Excellent social,oral and written communications skills to ensure information is relayed effectively.
• Complex problem solver, in reviewing information to develop and evaluate options.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analysis/evaluation skills
• Professionalism

Description of Role :Ilara Health is seeking to recruit a Social Media and Field
Marketing Intern with knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape,including various social media platforms to work with us on helping our clinics and pharmacies partners to get more patients,.The successful candidate must have knowledge of various social media platforms ,possess excellent communication skills and be a great team player.

• number of patients visiting our clinics and pharmacy partners.
• Assist in distributing various literature such as brochures, and other materials to be used at field marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness
• Promote business expansion opportunities through successful field marketing programs
• Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities
• Assist in the planning, implementing and managing weekly schedules for all social media content and field marketing strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop creative social media campaigns and field marketing strategies to grow our brand through targeted advertising across various channels
  Provide suggestions to management for improving brand awareness to enhance business growth

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Communication or any related field
• Prior experience in social media and field marketing will be an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
• Excellent writing and English language skills
• Must be energetic and has a creative mindset
