3PL Management Officer at Kilimall

Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for 3PL Operation work including Fulfillment and courier operations.
• Efficiently oversee and manage transactions which include On Time Courier forward delivery and reverse logistics Follow up and analysis.
• Responsible for daily on time follow up and clearance of abnormal orders.
• Provide solutions on increasing operational Revenue and profit.
• Clear the loop for all the dispatched shipments on time.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Logistics / Mathematical related course.
• Must demonstrate good understanding in Operations , and customer service.
• Computer , Microsoft excel and system/software proficiency.
• Good Reporting skills.
• Detail Oriented.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work extended hours or days / Flexibility.
