Sales Manager at R4Kenya

Our Client is a global hospitality company with widely recognized, industry leading brands and a commitment to excellence. They are looking for a Sales Manager with over 3 years experience in sales management specifically in the hotel industry to join their new team in Nairobi. Candidate must be willing to travel once per month to Arusha to meet Arusha clients.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with the hotel’s International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• The Sales Manager is responsible to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to ensure the related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.

Qualification For Sales Manager Job

• Min 2 – 3 years experience as a Sales Manager working for Hotel in Tanzania/Kenya responsible for cooperation with DMCs in Kenya/Tanzania) or working at DMC in Tanzania/Kenya
• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Must be well groomed.
