Driver Job Key responsibilities & duties

• Deliver bank instructions as instructed and on time
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a safe, secure and good state of use at all times
• Supervise the servicing and repair of the assigned motor vehicle
• Undertake routine checks on the vehicle including cooling, oil, electrical, brake systems and tyre pressure
• Report any malfunctions in the motor vehicle assigned and report promptly for repair
• Keep accurate records of official travel through the vehicle log
• Prepare monthly reports showing travel, vehicle usage and status of the vehicle
• Organize logistics in preparation for travel plans inclusive of site visits
• Deliver and /or pick mail and parcels as instructed
• Provide routine office administration support including the manning reception, filing and other clerical work
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management

Required Skills and Experience for Driver Job

• Valid and clean driving license
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Great Time Management skills
• Non Smoker
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Certificate of Good Conduct
• Willing to work long hours
• Ability to multi task
