Qualifications for the Catering Manager Job

• Sous / Executive chef qualification from an internationally recognized training institution
• Minimum of two (2) years working experience in a food preparation/ supervisory position.
• Understanding of proper use of major kitchen equipment.
• HACCP working knowledge required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
