Job description

• We are looking for a Sales director with a track record of delivering growth in traditional trade, managing key accounts and a distributor network. 
• Working in cosmetics or allied sectors, you will have shown year on year growth, and inspired your team to fantastic results. 
• You will be able to build new Routes to Market
• Manage distributors and 3rd party distributon teams
• Build strong customer relations
• Define clear Sales/ Distribution channels
• Inspire your team to deliver great results. 
• You should have a minimum of 8 years experience and be working as a country Sales Director or regional Manager.
