Job Profile - Responsibilities

1. Preparing Budget Estimates

2. Preparing Feasibility Studies including Developer’s Budgets

3. Cost Planning and Elemental Cost Analysis

4. Inspection of defects in buildings and preparing specifications

5. Preparing Bills of Quantities for repairs and projects

Personal Profile - Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University or Institute of Higher learning.
• Membership to Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK) will be an added advantage.
• Four years post-graduation Quantity surveying experience.
