Nurse at Frank Management Consult Ltd

The successful candidate will be tasked with a duty to come up with ideas for launching programs that increase the awareness about the level of safety required and prevent lifestyle and work related health problems and develop sickness and health policies, rehabilitate staff or carry out the pre-employment medicals as needed

Nurse Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides first-aid treatments and medications for employees as needed.
• Assess and determine the health status of the employee and make recommendation for sick offs/leave
• Work with health & safety team to plan and implement programs designed to improve the overall health of employees.
• Refers/ transports ill employees to the hospital as necessary.
• Prepares purchase or requisition of medicines as necessary to ensure availability of all medical supplies.
• Constructs health and safety awareness programs among employees.
• Maintains all employees medical and other similar records.
• Schedules and implements annual/ periodical/ special examination of employees.
• Assess employee’s examination results and refer to company physician for management; monitor recommendations and follow through until illness is cleared.
• Engage in research activities related to nursing.
• Support in recruitment processing and other related activities.
• Performs general affairs tasks and activities such as coordination and processing of documents.

Qualifications for the Nurse Job

• Diploma in Nursing from KMTC or any other recognized institution.
• Must be a registered nurse.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing company / corporate as a health care practitioner or company nurse
