    Sales Lead

    Detailed Responsibilities:

    Creating sales & marketing strategies

    • Critical thinker who analyses market situation by identifying consumer requirements, competitor's strengths and weaknesses and SBB competitive differentiators to create strategies that support its growth

    • Ability to identify which sales strategy is working and which should be cut out

    • Skills in forecasting, creating and maintaining sales and marketing budgets

    Team and relationship management

    • Aptitude for setting sales targets and clearly communicating the expectations to the sales teams

    • Ability to build strong teams by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and managing a robust sales team

    • Builds and maintains solid relationships with external stakeholders including local government, agro-dealers, external promoters and external sales agents

    Selling agricultural items & leveraging different finance flows

    • Interacts with farmer ecosystems such as government programs, farmer cooperatives, agro- dealers to build relationships with a large network of farmers

    • Identifies and analyses various payment options to create competitive payment structures that work best for the target clients and for SBB

    • Closer who thrives on exceeding sales targets


    Does this sound like you?

    • Advanced degree or other training is Sales and marketing

    • 6 – 15 years’ experience in a mixture of traditional and innovative sales and marketing strategies

    • Proven experience in building and managing effective sales and marketing teams.

    • Customer oriented, with the ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external teams

    • Tech savvy, with an analytical mindset

    • Familiar with using data to make evidence-based decisions

    • Able to give and receive constructive criticism

    • A “roll up your sleeves and get it done” approach to work
