Customer Retention Executive Job Responsibilities

• Converting Lpo’s to sales orders in pastel
• Following up on supplies of back orders
• Offering communication to the customers
• Telesales
• Debt Collection
• Coordinating with the sales teams in various regions on order generation
• Advising the customer on special offer / price change if any.
• Drive sales of top customers jointly with sales executive by working closely to bridge the variance on target
• Liaising with logistics to ensure that delivery time line is met for the orders processed based on priority.
• Maintaining good customer relation through periodic calls/emails
• Work jointly with accounts to improve debtors collection

Qualifications for the Customer Retention Executive Job

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
