Recruitment Manager at Nova Pioneer

Detailed Responsibilities:

Analytical and Systems Thinking

• Refine pre-existing and develop new selection tools to ensure alignment between how the organization hires and what’s needed for each role

• Identify employees’ skills and competencies, create competency models and monitor performance giving feedback

• Analyze and manage staffing needs and a portfolio of open positions across the organization to ensure there are no gaps

• Exercise sound judgment and strong decision-making to select the right talent for the right job

Relationship Building

• Create a cohesive HR department that works collaboratively to achieve the goals of Nova Pioneer

• Build strong relationships across diverse audiences

• Increase local and international awareness about Nova Pioneer and the career opportunities available by planning and hosting outreach events (e.g., at school campuses) and attend events hosted externally

Leadership & Communication

• Liaise with school leaders and hiring manager to design and execute hiring plans

• Share knowledge and experience with the team members and give feedback to employees

• Build strong relationships across diverse audiences

• Manage and allocate the recruitment budget
