    Key Account Manager

    DUTIES OF A PROJECT KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER INCLUDE:

    1. Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on- boarding of new clients.
    2. Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
    3. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
    4. Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits.
    5. Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
    6. Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
    7. Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
    8. Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
    9. Report on sales activity (Daily is ideal for accuracy).2/2

    CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

    1. Strong account management and relationship building skills.
    2. Ability to manage the sales process and maintain Salesforce database.
    3. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
    4. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
    5. Highly self-motivated.
    6. Customer focused and strong business culture

    EXPERIENCE:

    1. Degree in Business related field.
    2. Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales.
    3. Experience in managing major national accounts at head office level.
    4. Proven work experience in a top tier recognised real estate firm is an added advantage.
