Depot Supervisor at New Kenya Co-operative Creameries Limited

Job Purpose: The Depot Supervisor will be Reporting to the Depot Manager.

He/ She will be responsible for ensuring timely distribution of product to the sales staff based on order requirements.

To deputize the Depot Manager at larger factory operations and be overall responsible for the stock in the Stores at Sub – Depots.
Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring products are received and dispatched to the market in good time
• Determining the allocation of products to the salesman to ensure daily target is achieved
• Generating stock order requirements
• Reconciling stocks through comparing receipts from the factory and issues to the market
• Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

The Candidate Specifications:
The candidate must possess the following qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized university.
• P.A /C.I.P.S/Materials Management/Stores and Logistics Management or its equivalents
• At least 4 years’ experience

Essential Skills

• Must be proficient with SAP/ERP System
• Prior experience supervising a unit/others doing similar work
• Time management skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
