Senior Field Manager at Sagaci Research

Job description

As a Senior Field Manager your role will be to:

• Recruit new field team members and manage database of interviewers and coordinators
• Establish field work strategy and prepare field planning and logistics
• Distribute work among field teams members
• Organize training sessions and ensure field team is trained
• Materials: tablets, print-outs,...
• Prepare and manage field budgets
• Monitor and supervise field work on a daily basis
• Ensuring proper coordination with the project manager in charge

We expect candidates to have the following:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in managing field teams in a market research firm
• A strong record in managing large and complex fieldwork projects
• A clear grasp of market research methodologies
• A natural authority
• A resourceful spirit and an ability to deal with new situations and to come up with creative ideas
• A desire to work in an highly international environment
