    Marketing Manager

    Will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and brand strategies for the Organization’s services, evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Success candidate Must have 5 years working experience in the Real Estate, Insurance, Banking or Automotive Sectors.

    Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Initiate, develop and maintain sound and mutual relationship and network with relevant public bodies and institutions critical to the success of support functions
    • Develop comprehensive annual marketing and brand budgets for approval and allocation.
    • Ensure timely reporting of performance and activities of assigned functions. Marketing, Sales and Customer Service Responsibilities
    • Develop work plans, market segmentation and sales strategies for implementation by the sales team.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans
    • Lead in creation and development of online advertising, e-marketing, press releases, articles for publishing, corporate videos and marketing collateral.
    • Drive the investigation of market trends and analyze competitor and customer behavior.

    Qualifications for the Marketing Manager Job

    • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field.
    • Masters will be an added advantage
    • Professional qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage
    • Must have prior working experience in the Real Estate, Insurance, Banking or Automotive Sectors.
    • Must have at least 5-7 years as a team leader in marketing
    • Must be an effective communicator, both orally and in writing
    • Must have the ability to work under pressure

    Competencies

    • Strong interpersonal skills and a good communicator.
    • Must display a high degree of emotional maturity to handle objections
    • Good planning and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and strong leadership skills
