Reporting to Human Resource Management.

Human Resource Officer Job Responsibilities

• Ensure proper maintenance of Human resources management records.
• Development and implementing HR systems policies and procedures
• Advising the Board on Government policies and procedures
• Undertake all HR functions including ensuring that all office services and logistics are provided professionally and on time.
• Verification of information relating to recruitment, appointment and transfers
• Complement control Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications for the Human Resource Officer Job

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences from a recognized institution.
• Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management- Kenya Examination Council.
• Professional affiliation to Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is a must At least 5 years’ experience in similar position.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft is essential.
• Remuneration is negotiable and based on market rates.
• The job is on a 3 year contract.
