Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in research methods, statistics, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred
5 years of progressively responsible work experience in quantitative and qualitative research and monitoring methods
Familiarity with program monitoring activity design, capacity building in monitoring and evaluation of host government, and reporting on large scale project progress
Experience with donor-funded development projects of a similar scale and scope, USAID preferred
Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
Professional level of oral and written fluency in the English language required
