    Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager- East Africa RIGO System Strengthening Program

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in research methods, statistics, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred

    • 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in quantitative and qualitative research and monitoring methods

    • Familiarity with program monitoring activity design, capacity building in monitoring and evaluation of host government, and reporting on large scale project progress

    • Experience with donor-funded development projects of a similar scale and scope, USAID preferred

    • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity

    • Professional level of oral and written fluency in the English language required
