    Technical Advisor - Differentiated Service Delivery

    Overall Job Function

    Reporting to the Country Director, the Technical Advisor- Differentiated Service Delivery will be responsible for supporting the national scale up of differentiated service delivery models within the country.

    Technical Advisor Job Responsibilities

    • Provide technical assistance to NASCOP and County Health Management Teams (CHMT) to scale up the implementation of Differentiated Service Delivery in Kenya
    • Provide technical assistance to the Technical Working Group responsible for coordination of Differentiated Service Delivery activities with the Ministry of Health ( MOH) and other stakeholders
    • Continue direct support to 25 facilities implementing Differentiated Service Delivery in Siaya County
    • Provide technical assistance to scale up the monitoring and evaluation of Differentiated Service Delivery
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation of lessons learnt

    Requirements for the Technical Advisor Job

    • Degree in Medicine. Masters in Public Health an added advantage
    • At least three years relevant experience at advisory level in HIV Care and treatment implementation
    • At least three years experience in clinical management of HIV including experience with the use of Highly
    • Active Anti-retroviral Therapy (HAART) and OI prophylaxis, diagnosis and management
    • Experience in partnerships and strategic alliances with MOH, IPs, other non-PEPFAR donors and interested parties an added advantage
    • Experience in Differentiated Service Delivery an advantage
